As a result, Pinnacle and/or its third party service providers cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any personal information that is processed.

The System is intended for a general audience and is not intended for use or view by children under 13 years of age without parental consent, and we do not knowingly collect information about children or sell products to children. A: Yes, both in-person, self-guided, and virtual tours are available. All in-person tours are by appointment only, please contact the leasing office at 833-303-1745 to schedule your appointment today. All team members will be wearing masks and have been training in social distancing practices.
We want you home with your loved ones during this time, but if you or someone you know needs a place to stay, we remain open with our most diligent team members ensuring high standards of cleanliness. Q: Are all the amenities open at your property?
A: Yes, the amenities are currently open for resident use. Out of an abundance of caution, we will adhere to all regulations/restrictions as set forth by state and local authorities. We will review state guidelines and proceed with care and diligence to ensure the health and wellbeing of our residents and guests. Many of our amenities will be reservable through our Tuscan Highlands resident app, such as pool cabanas, rock climbing wall, podcast & conference rooms. These will be easily accessible from your mobile device.
Q: If I decide to cancel my apartment, what is your cancellation policy?
A: We sincerely hope that you'll make Tuscan Highlands your home. In the event of an unforeseen occurrence, you may cancel your reserved home within 72 hours of placing your deposit. Application fees are immediately non-refundable, however, your administrative fee will be refunded within 30 days.
Q: What precautions does Tuscan Highlands take?
A: Our cleaning team has been briefed and trained on proper cleaning procedures to ensure the prevention of the COVID-19 virus. We clean our public facilities more frequently than recommended by CDC guidelines. Our cleanliness and hygiene standards and policies include:
Enhancing and increasing the frequency of sanitation of commonly touched objects such as handrails, door handles, TV remotes, elevator buttons, phones, etc.
Comprehensive cleaning and sanitization of apartment homes with certification to meet CDC guidelines
Increased changing of A/C filters in common areas
ActivePure Technology air purification system in all common areas
All residents, future residents, team members, and business partners are required to wear protective face masks at all times while on property
Training staff to recognize signs of COVID-19
Prominently posted signage throughout the community reminding guests and employees of healthy practices
Educating our team members on steps they should be taking to keep themselves safe and healthy, including the expectation to stay home if they don't feel well for any reason
