LEASING QUESTIONS

Do I need an appointment to tour the community?

Yes! Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we tour by appointment only. We do not offer walk-in tours. Please call our office at 833-303-1745 to book a tour today! We currently offer tours Monday-Friday between 10am-5pm and Saturday & Sunday between 11am-4pm. Everyone over the age of 18 must have a valid photo ID to tour the community. Self-guided tours can be scheduled with Tour24, please see the link above.

WHY DO YOUR PRICES HAVE RANGES?

The prices will range on each floor plan depending on the location and/or premium views offered throughout the community.

WHAT IS THE APPLICATION FEE AND IS IT REFUNDABLE?

Application fees are $60 per person, 18 years of age and older occupying the apartment. You may pay these by credit card, debit card, or ACH. All application fees are nonrefundable.

HOW DO I APPLY?

You can apply online by finding the “Apply Now” link in the upper right-hand side of the main menu on our property website.

WHICH UTILITIES DO I PAY?

Residents are responsible for all utilities. Water, sewage, and trash will be charged a monthly fee in addition to your rent. Gas, power, and cable/internet are paid directly to the utility company. Contact your leasing consultant for details.

DO YOU HAVE CABLE/INTERNET SERVICES?

Tuscan Highlands is wired for COX and is wired for GIGABLAST internet. Services may be selected through COX or DirecTV.

WHAT IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?

Our standard refundable security deposit is $250, depending on credit this may vary. Contact your leasing consultant for further details.

WHAT KIND OF PETS DO YOU ALLOW? HOW MANY PETS MAY I HAVE?

At Tuscan Highlands, we welcome up to 2 pets per residence. Cats and certain breeds of dogs are allowed. There is a $300 one time, non-refundable pet fee, per pet. There is also additional monthly rent of $35 per pet. Only select breeds of dogs are accepted, please contact the leasing office for our pet policy details.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER SERVICE FEES I'M RESPONSIBLE FOR?

Yes, Tuscan Highlands residents have an abundance of onsite services, amenities, dining, and entertainment options available for a monthly Lifestyle Fee of $125 per person, per month. The fee is a value that supports a savings in multiple areas of your living experience in and outside of our community.
