At Tuscan Highlands, we welcome up to 2 pets per residence. Cats and certain breeds of dogs are allowed. There is a $300 one time, non-refundable pet fee, per pet. There is also additional monthly rent of $35 per pet. Only select breeds of dogs are accepted, please contact the leasing office for our pet policy details.
Yes, Tuscan Highlands residents have an abundance of onsite services, amenities, dining, and entertainment options available for a monthly Lifestyle Fee of $150 per person, per month. The fee is a value that supports a savings in multiple areas of your living experience in and outside of our community.
